My name is Mia, My expertise is in Hatha yoga style.
However, i’m very flexible and can provide cover for all classes. i have received 200 hours of yoga teacher training from Goldern Heart Academy which is a Yoga Alliance  recognised institute. I have strong passion for yoga as this has been a part of my life for the past five year, and i want to take a chance to inspire other to practice yoga. I have a professional working style, and is a reliable and dependable employee.
I’m currently teaching at Fernwood Gym in Tullamarine, and Pinnacle Wellness Studio. I have had 6 months experiences in teaching Hatha yoga.
