I completed my 200-Hour YTTC in Pokhara, Nepal with Rishikul Yogashala in September 2016. This intensive 28 day course focused on yogic philosophy, including the eight limbs of yoga, anatomy, yogic therapy, adjustment & alignment, asana, pranayama, prenatal yoga, chair yoga, and yoga nidra. We were also introduced to the power of mantra chanting, mudras, and ayurvedic cooking.
